Mr. Mansfield Wong
Co-founder, Executive Director, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Mansfield Wong has over 25 years of experience in Greentech Solutions, including energy saving, renewable energy, energy storage as well as carbon neutrality. He co-founded Unity Group in 2008. He is primarily responsible for the overall corporate strategy, development and operations of the Group. Mansfield holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Master of Engineering (Electrical) from Cornell University.

Mr. Ken Cheng
Chief Operation Officer
Mr. Ken Cheng is responsible for overseeing our business operations, sales and marketing, office administration and human resources management. Ken has over 22 years of experience in managing complex R&D projects across the Energy saving, IT and Telecommunication industries, and has held a number of senior management positions. Immediately prior to his current role, Ken was the co-founder and director of Synergy Green Technology Limited. Ken has managed the system integration of the World's first SMS game platform, and Asia's first mobile video streaming services. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford.

Mr. Kenny Wong
CFO and Company Secretary
Mr. Kenny Wong has over 15 years' experience in investment banking and accounting. He oversees the Group's financial and corporate finance matters. Kenny has diverse professional knowledge across private equity and structured finance investment, corporate finance and auditing. Kenny graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 2007 and he is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Financial Risk Manager.
Since August 2024, Kenny has been an independent non-executive director, the chairperson of the audit committee and a member of the sustainable development committee of Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. (stock code on Hong Kong Stock Exchange: 1772, and 2460 on Shenzhen Stock Exchange) of which its Shares are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange and The Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Mr. David Lu
Chief Investment Officer
Mr. David Lu is chiefly responsible for managing the Group's investment portfolio, formulating investment strategy and advising the Group on prospective investment projects.
David graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. In 2022, he became a Certified ESG Planner (CEP®). He has more than 20 years of experience in the global capital, equity investment and stock markets and global fund management. He has overseen financial transactions in various countries and regions in Asia, including Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan and Southeast Asia. With his unique investment strategy and expertise, Mr. Lu has achieved impressive returns for investors. Prior to joining the Group, he was a director at Churchill Investment Limited.

Mr. Simon Ng
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Simon Ng is responsible for assisting the Group to formulate business strategies for its worldwide business.
Simon has over 23 years of experience in finance, focusing on corporate finance advisory, fund raising, direct investments and brokerage operations. Since May 2023, he has been an independent non-executive director of Yun Lee Marine Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 2682), the shares of which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Simon was a member of the board of director, the chief executive officer and a responsible officer of Hooray Securities Limited, a corporation licensed to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activity under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "SFO") and Hooray Capital Limited, a corporation licensed to carry out Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity under the SFO.
Simon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Economics) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada in 1996 and a Master of Economics degree from The University of Hong Kong in 1997.

Deputy CEO - Greater China
Mr. Qiyan Tang primarily responsible for assisting the Group to formulate business strategies for its PRC operations and oversee the Group's operations in Mainland China thereon, especially regarding the Cooperation with state-owned enterprises PowerChina Henan Electric Power Survey & Design Institute and Diancai New Energy Development (Shenzhen) Company Limited to work with different local governments to co-develop renewable energy projects in Mainland China throughout Greater Bay Area, Yunan and Hainan. He will also be responsible for execution of the Group’s potential renewable energy projects in the Middle East. He graduated from University of London with Bachelor degree in Economics and Management and Master degree in Industrial and Financial Economics and has held executive roles in publicly listed energy companies such as China Gas Holdings Limited (384.HK) and Hilong Holding Limited (1623.HK). Wiyan has dedicated his attention in investment, development and management of renewable energy projects in Mainland China.

Mr. Stephen Cheung
Chief of R&D and Engineering
Mr. Stephen Cheung had over 25 years’ experience in research & development and product optimization. He had very broad knowledge in science and technology, especially on computing, engineering and energy saving area. Stephen got solid experience to lead engineering team to implement innovative solutions in HK, China and Asia Pacific countries. He is responsible for overall product R&D and head of engineering in the Group.

Ms. Eva Yim
Director of Business Development
Ms. Eva Yim had over 20 years of experience in formulating product commercialization strategy and building sizable sales & implementation team to provide consultancy service in Hong Kong / China & Asia Pacific Countries. Eva is primarily responsible for the business development in Malaysia Market of the Group. Prior to that she founded reputable IT consultancy firm which provides ERP solution in HK, China, US, Canada, Vietnam and India. She was first honour graduate in BA Marketing in Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Ms. Eva Yim had over 20 years of experience in formulating product commercialization strategy and building sizable sales & implementation team to provide consultancy service in Hong Kong / China & Asia Pacific Countries. Eva is primarily responsible for the business development in Malaysia Market of the Group. Prior to that she founded reputable IT consultancy firm which provides ERP solution in HK, China, US, Canada, Vietnam and India. She was first honour graduate in BA Marketing in Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
